I’ve always been intrigued by those hidden little nooks of the forest, mossy spaces between roots or holes in trees where white rabbits might hide.
When Aaron and I first began CDT, our concept was to mesh our trades - his wood mine glass- and we created many sculptural pieces in this inset style … The combo of the solid and sturdy wood in contrast with fragile colorful glass is truly a magical match.
 
Over the years we still combined them but we wanted to take it back to the start with our new Woodland Portal designs.
I’m in love with the interactive honeybee and the crystal honey drips.
